You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your return is approved and meets all conditions, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 working days).
B. Exchanges
Yes, we are happy to exchange a product for a new one (subject to stock availability).
